I really don't think that Roe V. Wade should be overturned, but even if you do, I hope you recognize the fact that it is (currently) the law.  And therefore, even if you are South Dakota, you are still expected to follow US laws, which means that you can't just up and decide that your state will help the supreme court out by overturning it yourselves.  If the gov. signs the measure and it becomes law I think I might die, this makes me so sick!!
